Liam Neeson is a Northern Irish actor from County Atrim. Neeson made his acting debut when he was offered a lead role in a school stage production at age 11 and continued acting throughout his schooling career. As a professional adult actor, he performed in theater productions and played his first film role in Pilgrims’s Progress in 1977. Over the years he acted in various television shows and low budget films before later rising to prominence in films such as The Bounty, The Mission, and Schindler’s List. In 2016, he starred in the fantasy drama A Monster Calls and the historical drama Silence.
