Jim Parsons is an American actor from the Houston area. Parson’s passion for acting was sparked at young age where after performing in a plays in school he decided he wanted to do acting as a career. In university he appeared in over numerous plays, and later after graduating he started making appearances on television and in films such as Ed, Judging Amy, Happy End, and Garden State before breaking through with his role in The Big Bang Theory in 2007.
