Agency Notes

  • At ICM Partners:
    • The Night Of'Jeannie Berlin has signed with agents Toni Howard and Craig Shapiro
    • Pippa Lambert, formerly head of the TV Department at the London office, has left the agency to join WME
  • At UTA:
    • Director Alan Taylor, who helmed both Thor: The Dark World and Terminator Genisys, has returned to the agency after a stint away.
    • Comedy Central exec Miro Terrell has left the cable network to become a TV and literary rep with the agency, based in New York.
  • At WME:
    • Actor Pablo Schreiber has signed with Warren Zavala.
    • Hip-hop legend (and filmmaker) RZA of the Wu-Tang Clan has signed with a team headed up by Joel Zimmerman from the music side. 
    • TV Talent agent Sean Grumman has left CAA to join the agency. We will update which of his clients are traveling with him as we are able to confirm.
  • At APA:
    • Actress Emeraude Toubia, who portrays Isabelle on Shadowhunters, has signed with Carlos Carreras.
    • International film lit agent Sandrine De Clercq, previously head of the COLCOA French Film Festival, has joined the firm.
  • At CAA
    • Legendary boxing champion Sugar Ray Leonard has signed with Jim Toth.

Manager Notes

  • Longtime agents Kim Hodgert and Kami Putnam-Heist have left CAA to become managers at Anonymous Content. We will keep you posted on which of their previous clients they will continue to represent.
  • Schachter/Brown will be known as Schachter Entertainment moving forward, following the departure of Brantley Brown.

  • Moonlight's Naomie Harris and Black Mirror's Mackenzie Davis have both signed with Relevant PR.
  • Embattled TV host Billy Bush has enlisted crisis firm Goldin Solutions as he deals with the fallout from the Trump tapes.
