Tim Tebow is a professional athlete player born in The Philippines. Tebow was homeschooled and after legislation passed in Florida in 1996 to allow homeschooled children to play in high school sports events, he played football for various high school teams. As a junior, he rose to fame for his talents on the field which helped him land an athletic scholarship in university. He had a successful college career and made his NFL debut in 2009 playing for the Denver Broncos. He has also played for other teams such as the New York Jets, New England Patriots, and the Philadelphia Eagles.
