Weekend Report, November 24, 2013

The moment has finally arrived. This is the day the world has been waiting for; the day we report that Delivery Man, the Vince Vaugh-led remake of a hit French Canadian comedy, came in 4th in its opening weekend. The film may have fared better had not people the world over flocked in droves to see The Hunger Games: Catching Fire. The second installment of four planned Hunger Games films just missed the year's prize for domestic opening (that still belongs to Iron Man 3) but it took in a staggering $300M+ worldwide without the added mark up of 3D. All hail the victor.
