Taye Diggs is an American actor from New York State. Digg’s comes from a family of creative’s; his mother is involved in acting and his father is an visual artist. In his college years he studied musical theater. As a professional actor, he performed on stage and in shows and films such as New York Undercover; Law & Order; 101 Dalmatians: The Series; and How Stella Got Her Groove Back. Later over the years he landed more main roles in films and recurring roles in series such as day Break, Grey’s Anatomy, and Private Practice. Awards he has won include 1 Blockbuster Entertainment Award, 1 Screen Actors Guild Award, and 2 NAACP Image Awards.
