Kristen Bell is an American actress and singer from the suburbs of Detroit. In high school, Bell learned music and drama, and appeared in productions such as Fiddler on the Roof and The Wizard of Oz. After high school she studied musical theater and performed on Broadway. She appeared in television commercials before making her first film appearance in Polish Wedding. One of the first lead roles she played was in the drama Veronica Mars. She got her big break appearing in the series Heroes and the film Forgetting Sarah Marshall. Currently, she stars on the NBC comedy The Good Place, and is perhaps best known as the voice of Anna in Disney's hit film Frozen.
