As she gained more and more experience as a stand-up, she began a relationship with Comedy Central that would eventually lead to the creation of her own sketch show, Inside Amy Schumer. The show would go on to become a critically acclaimed centerpiece for Comedy Central, as it has been nominated for five Emmy Awards, as well as a win for Outstanding Variety Sketch Series. Amy's higher visibility led to her being able to open her first feature film, Trainwreck (2015), for which she received a Golden Globe nomination. Going forward, she is making the move into dramatic roles as well, as well as continuing to headline comedy features.
